Is there a long-term contract?

No. Both plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.

Can I switch between Standard and Premium?

Yes, you can move between plans as your child’s needs change. Reach out to our team to adjust your plan.

What if my child misses a scheduled lesson?

We understand that life happens. Our teachers are encouraged to be as flexible as possible when a student needs to miss a lesson. Whenever reasonably possible, we'll work together to find another suitable time that works for both the family and the teacher. Our goal is always to help students stay consistent rather than miss out on learning.

What is your refund policy?

Because memberships are month-to-month, there's no long-term contract to refund out of — you can cancel anytime and you won't be billed for future months. We don't offer refunds for lessons already completed, but you're never locked into ongoing payments.
